“The coronavirus panic is dumb,” Musk tweeted to his 31+ million followers. Musk does not have a background in medicine or virology.

Tesla Inc stocks are down almost 3% today.
The new coronavirus has spread rapidly in northern California, where Tesla Inc is headquartered. California, which has 66 confirmed cases, reported its first death from the virus on Wednesday. Across the United States, at least 260 people have been infected and at least 14 people have died, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.

What a jerk. People have died.
Do you know what is like to struggle to breathe? I do. It is horrifying.
The new coronavirus is a respiratory virus that spreads mainly through contact with the droplets of infected people. There is no specific treatment for the disease caused by a new coronavirus and there are currently no vaccines available to protect against the virus.
I'm totally amazed that somebody who owns a company where employees can't work from home would call taking steps to protect workplaces from a highly-infectious disease "dumb"...
